Subject:   Procedures for 2008 Post Prom Event

Post Prom is a safe, alcohol free event for all Seekonk High Junior and Seniors and their guest. Students and their guests are expected to follow all school policies regarding behavior and conduct as stated in the Student Handbook, including taking a Breathalyzer test prior to admission to the Post Prom Event. All students also agree to follow Sherwood Ultra Sports rules and regulations.

Students will not be admitted to Post Prom after 12:30 AM. Students may leave before the scheduled conclusion of the event, however, any student who leaves post prom early, may not re-enter. If students leave more than one half hour before the scheduled conclusion of post prom, a parent/guardian will be notified. The Post Prom committee is not responsible for students once they leave the event.

*Students who return this form by May 9^th will be eligible for a “pre-post prom” raffle drawing that will take place on Monday, May 12^th- winner will be announced at school that morning (raffle item is a $50.00 American Express Gift Card)
